This privacy policy governs your use of the software application TILING 101 (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by ALLGEMEINE BAU-CHEMIE PHIL., INC. (ABC PHIL., INC.). The Application is an app to inform users about ABC tiling products, view available tile grout colors and match them with a photo of your tile, and estimate product consumption.

• No personal information or location is obtained by ABC PHIL., INC. when you download TILING 101. We may share aggregated data regarding traffic and analytics to third parties. However, such data will only reflect demographics and not personally identifiable information.
• Unless you allow access to your device’s camera and photo gallery, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use the Tile Grout Color Viewer feature of the Application.
• You can stop the Application at any point by easily uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes or opt to disable access to Camera and Photos as may be available as part of your mobile device.
• This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
• While we do our best to protect and safeguard your privacy, please be aware that transmission of data over the internet is never 100% secure.
